Receptionist and Administration Assistant, Administration

This role involves directing telephone enquiries, administrative duties & creating a warm, inviting & professional environment for staff & visitors.

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional receptionist, administration assistant who has great customer relationship skills to join our busy and fast paced team.

Our ideal candidate should be professional in their approach, efficient, a great communicator and time manager. They should be able to work of their own initiative, under pressure and also be an excellent team player.

Selection Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills, courteous phone manner and ability to interact positively with staff and visitors

  • Demonstrated efficiency and timeliness in completing work, is proficient and has an eye for detail

  • Experience in reception work and general clerical and administrative roles

  • Experience using Microsoft office suites
